AMERICAN ASSOCIATION FOR
BUDGET AND PROGRAM ANALYSIS

WHAT IS THE AABPA?

Since the mid 1970s the American Association for Budget and Program Analysis, the AABPA, has helped federal, state and local government managers and analysts, corporate executives and academic specialists meet the unique challenges of their careers related to the fields of public budgeting and program analysis.

By helping members keep up with the latest developments in their fields, establish and maintain contacts with colleagues, represent their interests and share opportunities, AABPA serves as the key difference between simply having a job and being part of a highly respected and well-trained profession.

Current officers and board...

The 2007/2008 President of the AABPA is Ed Brigham, Department of Transportation. The officers and board represent a diverse mix of professional backgrounds in senior budgeting and program analysis positions. A list of all the AABPA officers and board members together with their e-mail links is provided at this site. We are always interested in hearing your views and ideas for future AABPA symposia and programs. The AABPA depends on finding new volunteers interested in the AABPA mission for its continued vitality. If you are interested in volunteering for a future position with the AABPA, please contact the President, Executive Secretary, or any member of the board. AABPA members may send an e-mail to all officers and the entire board by clicking here.
