December
On Wednesday, December 9, 2009, D. Andrew Austin, PhD, of the Congressional Research Service gave a talk on New Data Visualization Methods for the Federal Budget. Click here for the slides from his presentation.

On Thursday, December 11, 2008, Tony Diecidue and Shelley Rappaport, from the Project Performance Corporation, highlighted ideas and considerations to help drive government program evaluators toward facilitating positive and proactive program management, change, and success.

On Tuesday, September 16, 2008, OMB Budget Methods Specialist Judy Thomas and former OMB Deputy General Counsel Roz Rettman outlined the procedures of CRs from OMB's perspective and some of the challenges that agencies face when they have to operate under a CR.

On Wednesday, July 23, 2008, Carl Moravitz, Senior Managing Consultant, IBM Global Business Services, and formerly, budget director at the U.S. Treasury Department and the IRS, addressed the topic:  "Integrating Performance and Results: Pushing Budget Offices Today and Forcing the Budget of Tomorrow"
