In addition many AABPA members are published authors, whether through books and journal articles, or through white papers and testimony. The U.S. Treasury Office of Technical Assistance provides a wide range of budgeting and financial management technical assistance and training in Africa, Asia, South America, Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
