The U.S. Treasury Office of Technical Assistance provides a wide range of budgeting and financial management technical assistance and training in Africa, Asia, South America, Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. In the course of this work, Ministries of Finance commonly request that OTA advisors help them build a collection of English language professional and academic publications in public budgeting, finance, and analysis. These resources are important to their efforts to build professional capacity. Please consider donating such professional documents. Donations can be sent to
    Mr. Thomas Glen,
Office of Technical Assistance, 4th Floor, 740
